Racial bring out the best in a character's race. Elves can calm their spirits, humans can expand their learning, and minotaurs can become skilled at the legendary phalanx. All races of the Thunder Rift campaign have specialized feats for their own kind.
There are two types of racial feats; those feats that are for specific races such as elves, humans, oku-mare, firbolg, and dwarves. Others are feats that are available to all races of a particular region, such as the northern, eastern, southern, and western races.
